Can I schedule a pick up?

Certain products can be picked up from the studio for next day pick up or next day delivery. Please contact us directly either by email (shop@livyourskin.com) or call/text us at 402-301-3175

How quickly do you ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours of being placed. For example, if an order is placed on Thursday, it will most likely be shipped on Monday.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Great question! We generally need two business days to prepare your order for shipping. After that, it’s in the hands of postal, and their delivery timelines can vary. While we’d love to guarantee their speed, delays can occur.

My package is Lost? 

Tracking says delivered, but no package in sight? Don’t panic just yet! Sometimes carriers get ahead of themselves and mark it delivered a little early. Please give it 3 business days to show up on your doorstep.

Still no sign of it? Reach out to us at shop@livyourskin.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll help track it down. Please note that if a package is marked delivered, but not received, both Livyourskin.com and the postal carrier are not liable for replacement.
